Nick’s responsibilities extend beyond project management—he leads HDC’s training and quality control initiatives, ensuring that every team member upholds the firm’s high standards of performance and client service. Known for his ability to conceptualize and communicate project strategies at every stage, Nick brings clarity and confidence to stakeholders throughout the process.
He holds a B.A. in History from Salisbury University and continues to leverage his analytical and leadership skills to drive successful outcomes for clients and the HDC team.
