Kristen Mills

Part of the HDC team since early 2018, Kristen is a Project Manager who is involved in the daily activities relating to a project. Her responsibilities include scheduling and running status meetings, issuing meeting minutes, conducting site visits, monitoring schedules to ensure compliance, and working closely with the client on budgeting issues.

Kristen has six years of experience as a Business Analyst working with an international team of IT programmers. Also, she holds an A.A. in Interior Design from Harford Community College which included CADD coursework and interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings.

Kristen’s attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills build rapport and ensure that the project team is working as a cohesive unit.
