As a Project Management Intern, Matthew assists in site walkthroughs, notetaking for progress and design meetings, assist in the reviews of change orders and contractor schedules. He also conducts follow-up on punch lists and close-out items.
He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity on tasks including painting, installing floors and transporting materials for homes in Delaware. This experience affords Matthew a practical understanding of the construction process.
Matthew is currently pursuing a B.S. in Architecture and Environmental Planning at Morgan State University and plans to work in residential architecture. He is the Vice President of the Morgan State Chapter of the National Minority Architect Students (NOMAS) and the Activity Director of the Morgan State Chapter of the American Institute of Architecture Students.
