Kristen joined the HDC team in 2018. During this time, she has established herself as a dedicated and results driven leader in commercial construction. After seven years serving as a Project Manager, Kristen advanced to the role of Principal, where she continues to exemplify HDC’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Her focus will expand from project management to include business development, community engagement and joining the team of upper management to ensure HDC upholds its commitment to growth.
Throughout her career, Kristen has built a strong reputation for fostering lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail with experience in professional sporting facilities, zoological, private and community sporting clubs, education, and office space brings a well-rounded perspective to the marketplace. Also, she holds an Associates of Arts degree in Interior Design which includes CADD coursework and interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kristen is deeply engaged in her community. She actively volunteers her time and efforts to raise funds for neighborhood improvement initiatives, local dog parks, and community service programs. Her passion for both construction and community betterment reflects her belief that building strong structures begins with building strong connections.
