Jon Adams

Jon joined the HDC team in 2015 in Project Controls. In this role, he contributed to the success of projects encompassing millions of square feet in a variety of sectors.

Now a Project Manager, his responsibilities include managing the daily activities of project including conceptual budgeting, procurement, cost and budget tracking, scheduling, change order and close-out management.

Jon’s experience as a math tutor, small business manager and Project Controls provide him with valuable skills in finance and client relations. He holds a A.A. in General Education from the Community College of Baltimore County.
