Charlie joined HDC in 2022 and now works closely with clients and project managers to ensure that all budgeting and cost-tracking processes run smoothly. He tracks current budget status and cashflows by reviewing draws, invoices, and change orders. Charlie also prepares and transmits invoice approvals and ensures correlation with clients’ internal accounting.
Charlie’s timeliness and accuracy allows clients to make crucial decisions throughout the project. His ability to focus on details in a fast-paced environment and his experience in accounting make him a valuable member of the HDC team.
Charlie is a graduate of Loyola Blakefield and earned a B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Applied Mathematics from Towson University. Charlie tutors math students at St. Ignatius Loyola Academy.
