Abe Yoffe

Abe’s responsibilities as Senior Project Manager include pre-construction activities, budget control, schedule preparation and enforcement, LEED oversight, management of third-party vendors and project closeout activities.

Since joining HDC in 2006, Abe’s expertise has played a key role in managing some of HDC’s largest and most complex projects, including clients in the zoological, corporate world headquarters, education and social club sectors.

Abe holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University. Abe is a LEED Green Associate.
