Since joining HDC in 2006, Abe’s expertise has played a key role in managing some of our largest and most complex projects. His career has been focused on corporate world headquarters, higher education residence halls, zoological, and fitness/social clubs. He has developed and maintained long term relationships with clients that value his integrity, passion, reliability, and composure. While many issues in development and construction can be complex, Abe always looks for ways to simplify them to reach a speedy resolution.
Abe’s responsibilities as Vice President include project management oversight, management of operational systems that drive project execution and client service, review of financial goals and performance, and management of HDC’s business relationships.
Abe has served as a leader in the community as well, with past roles including President of the Cromwell Valley Park Council, Commodore of the Baltimore City Yacht Association, and Secretary of the Patterson Park Neighborhood Association.
Abe holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University. Abe is a LEED Green Associate.
